Past tense
When something already happened, we change the verb. Go → went. Run → ran.

Opposites
Words can have opposite meanings: big/small, happy/sad, hot/cold.
big ↔ small happy ↔ sad

Every sentence has a who/what AND an action. Starts with a capital, ends with . ? !
I like apples .
